We talk about your team, your goals, and whether I can help. No pitch deck.

Scoping
For advisory work, I gather context and prep before the session. For premium work, we define scope, deliverables, and timeline together.

Delivery
Advisory sessions are live video. Premium build work happens on my schedule with scheduled review sessions. I prefer working in your codebase when possible.

Handoff
You get documentation, training materials, and everything your team needs to run it independently. The engagement succeeds when you do not need me anymore.
Primarily remote. In-person available for extended engagements (client covers travel).
No published pricing. Each engagement is scoped and quoted individually.
